A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments without deposit payment will be automatically released.

Cancellations and reschedules. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable without proper notice. Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to booking. The Artisian cannot be held responsible for reactions if conditions are not disclosed.

Final balances must be paid in full at the appointment via PayPal No cash. No partial payments. No IOUs. All previous work must be safely soaked off before I apply a new set. Soak-offs are a separate service and must be booked in advance. I do not in full repair or add designs on work done by other nail techs. If you arrive with your nails from another salon, such nail tech, a soak-off and a new set will be required.

I will not remove or work over unsafe products, MMA acrylic, non-standard gels. If I notice signs of fungus lifting or infection, I cannot perform the service and may recommend you to see a medical professional.
