The Lace Districtt – Salon Policy

Please read carefully before booking your appointment.

Location: North London, Enfield

Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

Wig Drop-Offs

• Wig drop-offs must be made at least 4 days before your appointment.
• Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment.

Hair Requirements

• Only high-quality human hair is accepted — synthetic hair is not allowed.
• A 13x6 frontal is ideal for the best styling results.
• HD lace is recommended, as it provides a seamless melt and suits all skin tones.
• The thinner the lace, the more natural the finish.

Lateness Policy

• 10-minute grace period allowed.
• 15 minutes late: £10 fee
• 25 minutes late: £20 fee
• Over 25 minutes: appointment will be cancelled.

House Rules

• This is a home-based business.
• No plus ones are allowed.
• Shoes must be removed upon arrival.
• Music, toilet, charger, water, and snacks are available upon request.
• Please note: I am a kitten owner. If you have allergies or a fear of cats, kindly inform me before booking.
