Refunds only apply if I cancel the appointment.

⏰ Late Policy:
• 10+ minutes late = £10 fee
• 15+ minutes late = appointment cancelled
• No-shows will be charged the full amount

🚨 Emergency Appointments:
• Extra £10–£20 based on how last-minute the booking is
• Appointments before 10AM or after 7PM = additional £10 (out of hours)
• Bookings on unavailable days or made one day before are classed as emergency appointments (unless it’s a cancellation slot)
