🔁 Refund Requests
After being referred to the service provider, refund requests must be made within 3 days.
🎨 Customisation Sets
To request a custom set, submit your deposit and you’ll be referred to the service provider, who will work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
Important Appointment Info – Please Read Before Booking
Lateness:
Try not to be more than 10 minutes late. A £5 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and another £5 after 20 minutes. 30+ minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling. Please keep me updated if you’re running late.
Deposits
A £10 deposit is required to secure your time slot. Without it, your slot is not guaranteed. Booking Freestyle Sets: Select “freestyle” if your set is not plain colour or plain French tips.
Emergency & Out-of-Hours Appointments
Available for an extra £5 if booked within 48 hours, before 12PM, or after 6:30PM. Message me to book.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Less notice will result in a cancellation fee (remaining set balance).
Removals
I do not offer removals, so please don’t arrive with bare nails or old sets that need removing.
