Mobile Appointments
• Additional £15 within 5 miles
• +£5 per 5 miles beyond that
• Client must provide a stable chair (no stools or sofas)

Out of Hours & Emergency Appointments
• Bookings made outside business hours or less than 48 hours in advance incur a £20 fee

POLICIES

Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance and must remain within the same month to retain deposit
• Cancellations must be made 48+ hours in advance to avoid being charged the full balance
• No-shows without explanation will be charged the full remaining amount and banned from future bookings

Lateness
• £5 late fee per 10 minutes
• Appointment will be cancelled after 20 minutes and deposit will be forfeited
