Mobile Appointments

Mobile appointments are an additional £15 within 5 miles and an extra £5 per 5

after that

Please ensure you have a stable chair not a stool or sofa

Out of hours and emergency appointments

Any appointments out of business hours or made less than 48 hours in advance are an extra £20

POLICIES

Rescheduling and cancelations

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance but must be within the same month to retain your deposit

Any cancellations must be made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment to avoid paying the full remainder

Failing to show without explanation will result in having to pay the full remainder and being banned from booking

Lateness

There is a £5 late fee per 10 minutes

Your appointment will be cancelled and deposit lost after 20 minutes
