Important Appointment Info – Please Read Before Booking

Hey guys, thank you so much for showing an interest of booking with me!☺️ There’s just a few rules and policies to take note of before scheduling your appointment..

LATENESS: please try not to show up more than 10 minutes late to your appointment as it may tamper with my schedule for the rest of the day. If you do happen to be late please keep me updated with your whereabouts and how long you’ll be, a mandatory £5 late fee will be applied to your set if you are 15 minutes late! after 20 minutes another £5 will be charged💕 Any later than 30 minutes and i may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A £10 deposit is also necessary to secure your time slot. I am a business and cannot guarantee that your slot will be available anymore without your deposit. This also just lets me know that you are actually coming as no shows are disheartening!!

WHEN BOOKING please select freestyle if your set is not a plain nail colour or a solid plain french tip. 

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS are available for a £5 fee when booking an appointment within 48 hours this fee will be added to your final total so please do not forget to select this add on. PREMIUM APPOINTMENTS: appointments before 11am and after 7pm follow the same format and are available for an extra £5 fee. SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS are also available at an extra cost of £5. If you would like an appointment unavailable on my site please ask me via DM and I’ll try my best to accommodate you.

WHEN CANCELLING an appointment please be sure to leave at least 48 hours notice as any notice in under 48 hours will cause you to be charged a cancellation fee which is the remaining amount of your set price.

Please do arrive with bare nails as I DO NOT OFFER REMOVALS and nor do i have the equipment to safely remove your previous nail set.

As i do this in my home plus ones are discouraged, however please ask me in advance and i’ll see what i can do!
