Important Appointment Info – Please Read Before Booking

Services Offered:

• Retwist Only
• Retwist with Styling (two-strand twists, barrel twists, buns, etc.)
• Loc Maintenance, Loc Repairs
• Starter locs & styling
• Interlocking

Lateness Policy:

• Please arrive on time
• £5 late fee applies after 10 minutes
• Additional £5 fee after 20 minutes
• Being more than 30 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling
• Please keep me updated if you’re running late

Deposits:

• A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking the rest will be paid upon completion of your appointment.

Emergency & Out-of-Hours Appointments:

• Available for an extra £5
• Applies if booked within 48 hours, before 12PM, or after 6:30PM

Cancellations:

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice
• Late cancellations will incur a fee equal to the remaining balance

Guests:

• This is a home setup
• Additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance via message
