Lateness, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All cancellations and rescheduling must be made via Instagram DM.
• 30-minute grace period applies.
• After 30 minutes: £10 late fee.
• After 60 minutes: your appointment will be cancelled.

Preparing for Your Lash Appointment

Please follow these guidelines to ensure the best results:

• Arrive with clean, product-free eyes (no mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or makeup).
• Patch testing is free and highly recommended.
• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Try to limit caffeine intake to help prevent fluttering eyes.
• Remove contact lenses or bring a case and solution to store them safely.

Emergency & Advance Bookings

• Emergency or out-of-hours appointments (including bookings after hours or same-day requests) will incur an additional £10 fee.
• DM to request dates not yet released on the booking calendar.
• Same-day bookings may be available for an extra charge — inquire via DM.

Infills

• Infills should be booked 2–3 weeks after your initial appointment to maintain your lash set.
• At least 50% of your lashes must remain intact for the appointment to be classed as an infill.
• If less than 50% remain, the appointment will be charged as a full set.

Aftercare

• Do not sleep on your face.
• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
• Brush and clean lashes daily using lash shampoo or other oil-free cleansers.
• Do not pick or pull your extensions.
• Book infills every 2–3 weeks for maintenance.
• Do not use mascara or eyelash curlers on extensions.

⏱️ Appointment Duration: 2–3.5 hours, depending on your chosen lash style.
