🔒 Booking.

• A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

⏰ Late Arrivals

• A 20 minute grace period is allowed. After that, delays may result in extra fees or cancellation. If you are running late please late me know if not it will result to your appointment being cancelled.

❌ Cancellations

• Must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations forfeit the deposit 

preparations

• Come to with your hair washed detangled and blowdried. I do provide blowdry services if it is needed( no charge)
• NO OILS OR PRODUCT IN THE HAIR on the day of the appointment
