LOCATION
Based in South London
Also available in Leicester (LE2) at select times — updates shared regularly.
Appointment slots are updated on the 18th of every month.
No Sunday appointments available.

PAYMENT
A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

HAIR REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 inches of hair is required for all services.

• Hair and bundles must be clean prior to your appointment.

• Failure to meet these requirements will result in a cancelled appointment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur the full service charge.

Rescheduling:
Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email or Instagram DM — not through the booking site.

Late Fee:

• 20-minute grace period

• After 20 minutes: £10 late fee

• After 30 minutes: appointment will be cancelled

No Shows:
No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Hair Type Policy:
Synthetic hair is only accepted for flip-over styles.
Bringing synthetic hair for other styles will result in a cancelled appointment.

Strictly no plus ones.
