🔒 Booking

• Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to avoid rush fees.

• A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

⏰ Late Arrivals

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Delays beyond this may result in extra fees or appointment cancellation.

❌ Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit, which cannot be transferred to a future booking.
