deposit secures your booking; the remainder is due on appointment day.
LATE ARRIVALS
15 minutes grace period is given please try to arrive on time to avoid delays, extra fees and cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations will not be able to use their deposits for future booking.
