Expectations

• hair should be washed, detangled and blowdried prior to the appointment.
• if your hair is not clean you will be offered a wash & blowdry for £15.
• kindness and respect is the norm, any disrespect will not be tolerated and you will get asked to leave & get blacklisted.

Lateness :

• 10 minutes late grace period
  after the grace period
• 15 minutes late = £10 fee
• 25 minutes late = £20 fee any later than this means your appointment is unfortunately cancelled.

House-based business

• no plus ones allowed.
• netflix, toilet, charger, water and snacks available upon request.
• i am a kitten owner so if that is an issue (allergies or fear) please contact me prior to your appointment.
