V2V Competition – Entry Policy
1. Entry Period
1.1. Entries for the V2V – Think. Build. Rise. competition open upon publication of this page and will close at 23:59 (UK time) on 10/01/2026 (“Closing Date”).
1.2. Entries received after the Closing Date, for any reason, will not be accepted or refunded.
Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to all individuals and teams who wish to participate. There is no specific age requirement to enter the V2V – Think. Build. Rise. competition.
2.2. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate, and the organisers may request proof of consent if necessary.
2.3. Employees, partners, contractors, or immediate family members of the hosting organisations and sponsors are not eligible to enter.
2.4. The organisers reserve the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the competition.
3. Entry Process & Fees
3.1. To enter, applicants must:
- Complete the official online application form in full; and
- Pay the £1 entry fee through the approved payment method(s) on our website.
3.2. Incomplete applications, or applications submitted without successful payment, may be rejected at the organisers’ discretion.
3.3. Entry fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the competition is cancelled by the organisers.
4. Selection & Shortlisting
4.1. Only chosen applicants will move forward to the filming and subsequent stages.
4.2. Selection and shortlisting will be carried out by the organisers and/or appointed judges, based on criteria such as innovation, feasibility, impact and presentation.
4.3. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
5. Changes to the Entry Period
5.1. The organisers reserve the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel the Entry Period at any time where necessary (for example, due to technical issues, fraud, or events beyond their reasonable control).
5.2. Any changes to the Closing Date or key competition details will be posted on this website and/or the official social media channels.
6. Data & Contact
6.1. By entering, you consent to your personal data being processed for the purposes of administering the competition, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Selected entrants may be contacted via the email or phone number provided during application. If an entrant does not respond within a reasonable timeframe (as specified in the notification), their place may be offered to an alternative applicant.
7. Acceptance of Policy
7.1. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Entry Policy, together with the full Competition Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
