Deposits

• A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required at checkout to secure your appointment.
• This amount will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day.

Late Policy

• 15+ minutes late: £5 late fee will be added to your total.
• 20+ minutes late: your appointment will be cancelled.

Emergency Appointments

• Appointments scheduled after 7PM are premium slots and will incur an additional £10 fee.
• If you would like to book a time not shown on the calendar, please message me on Instagram — this will also include an extra £10 fee.
