Booking & Payment Policies

• A £10 deposit is required before any design work begins.

• If you decide not to proceed mid-service, the deposit will be refunded.

• Any alteration requests made after 24 hours of design completion will incur a redesign fee.

• All payments are to be made via Bank Transfer only.
